We want to inspire and engage youth to enter and build a career in the trades. We achieve this through in-person presentations, videos, and print and social media materials. Our goal is to inspire young people to join the trades and provide scholarships, equipment, and mentorships.

Developing a Diverse Workforce

We aim to develop a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce with the necessary training support to be successful. Our Interactive Innovation Centers provide office and warehouse space for disadvantaged businesses, dormitories for traveling students, and a shared meeting space for collaboration on sustainable projects.
